Source and change monitoring

Legislation, official sources or supplier prices, checked on a schedule. You learn what changed and where it hits you.

what we do

we watch the sources you depend on: legislation, official gazettes, regulator sites, price lists, tenders, competitor pages. we check them on a schedule and pull out only what changed, written in plain language.

how we work

we agree the list of sources and how often each one gets checked. we build the watcher and run it in parallel for a few weeks, so you can see what it catches before you rely on it. then we wire it to your own files and contracts.

what you get

an accounting firm checks tax changes daily and gets a short morning list of what moved and which clients it lands on, not 40 pages of official gazette. a construction company runs the same checks on tenders and supplier prices, and hears about a price increase before signing the quote, not after. you find out in time, not from your client.

Frequent questions

Any public source with a stable address, from legislation portals and official gazettes to price lists, tender platforms and competitor pages. At the start we go through them together and tell you which ones can be followed properly and which can't.
We keep the check history, so you see exactly what was checked and when. If a source stops responding you get an alert. Silence is never read as nothing changed.
We follow public sources within their terms of use, and where an official feed or API exists we use that. If a source doesn't allow it, we say so and look for an alternative rather than doing it quietly.
Building it is a project; running it depends on how many sources and how often. Both go into the written proposal before we start, so nothing shows up on an invoice as a surprise.
