Depends on size and budget — Okta is the standard, JumpCloud often fits small companies better. We recommend after seeing the tools you use.
A base setup — IdP, SSO on the main apps, MFA — 2–4 weeks. Automatic provisioning across the whole stack takes longer.
You disable one account in the IdP and access drops everywhere, automatically. No hunt through 20 tools, no forgotten active accounts.
Almost any serious tool supports SSO and SCIM. For the ones that don't, we document a short manual procedure.
