AI agents for business

AI that works inside your email, CRM and documents. It only does what you allow, and you sign off what matters.

what we do

we put AI where the work already happens. in the inbox, meaning email, WhatsApp or the chat on your site, the agent sorts requests, looks up the data in your systems and drafts the reply. between systems, it reads a request, checks the CRM, the ERP or invoicing, and prepares the next step, a quote, a task or an appointment. over your documents, it answers with the document the answer came from, condenses to a fixed template, pulls a table from the whole set and compares two versions. and the report someone assembles by hand from three systems today arrives on its own, once a week, on one page.

where it stops

the agent only has the rights you give it. we map them onto the ones you already have, so nobody sees more than they saw before. any step that sends, pays, deletes or changes data goes past a person first, until you decide otherwise. every action is logged, with the reason next to it. on your site or on WhatsApp it says up front that it’s AI and never passes itself off as a person. your data stays in your space, and for sensitive data the model can run on your own infrastructure. you can switch it off at any time, and the work goes back to whoever did it before.

how we work

we start from the work your team does by hand today, not from the technology. we pick one process, connect the agent only to the systems it needs and run it for a few weeks alongside the person doing the job today. we compare results on real cases, only then let it take the safe steps on its own, and move on to the next process. if a plain automation solves it without AI, we say so, it’s cheaper and safer.

what you get

a service company gets requests by email and WhatsApp. the agent finds the customer and the contract, proposes a slot and drafts the reply, and the dispatcher just approves it. an online shop answers “where’s my order?” with the real status from the order system and the courier. a distributor with 400 supplier contracts sees in one table what renews next month and with what notice period, an architecture practice pulls the deadlines and penalties from an 80-page tender pack onto one page, and procurement sees in seconds which clauses the partner moved between versions. a managing director gets a one-page Monday report with sales from the ERP, overdue receivables and open quotes from the CRM, without anyone pulling it together in Excel.

Frequent questions

A chatbot answers questions. An agent carries the job through, inside your systems. It reads the request, looks the customer up in the CRM, checks stock or the contract, drafts the reply or the order and asks you to approve it. If the steps never change and the data already arrives structured, you don't need AI, you need a plain automation, and we'll tell you so up front.
It only has the rights you give it, usually read-only to begin with. Any step that sends, pays, deletes or changes data goes past a person first, until you decide otherwise. Every action is logged, so you can see what it did and why. When it answers from documents it shows the source, and if the answer isn't there it says so instead of guessing.
No. It stays in your own space, and where we use a model provider we do it under a no-training agreement. For sensitive material — personnel files, contracts, medical records — the model can run on your own infrastructure with nothing leaving the company.
A first agent on a single process takes 3–4 weeks. Several processes across connected systems, 2–3 months. Building it is a project, running it depends on volume. Both go into the written proposal before we start, so nothing on an invoice comes as a surprise.
